xbaj Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and xbaj ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the xbaj platform at https://xbaj.vu, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the xbaj platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the xbaj platform, regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the service. These Terms are written in English and the English version shall take precedence in all matters of interpretation. xbaj reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain an account with xbaj, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. xbaj does not permit gaming by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of xbaj is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from xbaj or had an account terminated for violations of these Terms.

xbaj reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of age. Where xbaj has reasonable grounds to believe that a user does not meet eligibility requirements, the account will be suspended pending verification and any winnings accumulated during that period may be withheld.

Each individual may register only one account on xbaj. When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. xbaj will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure. You must notify xbaj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

• You must provide a valid, unique email address and a mobile phone number that is registered in Bangladesh.
• Your registered name must match the name on your government-issued identity document. Discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawals.
• You must not share your account with any other person. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• xbaj will apply KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures and may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension and closure of your account. Any balance held in a fraudulently obtained account will be forfeited in full.

All financial transactions on xbaj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbaj supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and linked accounts at Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. No currency conversion fee is charged by xbaj on BDT transactions; however, your payment provider's own fees may apply. The following conditions govern all financial activity on your xbaj account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit imposed by xbaj, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your account and that is registered in the same name as your xbaj account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• xbaj aims to process all approved withdrawal requests on the same business day the request is submitted. Requests submitted after 10:00 PM BST (UTC+6) may be processed on the following business day.
• xbaj reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or if a pending bonus wagering requirement has not been met.

Deposits made in error or via an unrecognised payment method may be returned to the originating account at xbaj's discretion, after deducting any applicable processing costs. Players are responsible for ensuring that payment details entered during a deposit are correct before submitting the transaction.

xbaj may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to any specific promotional terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. Key conditions that apply to all bonuses include:

• A bonus wagering requirement (rollover) must be completed before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses are credited to accounts in BDT and may only be used on the xbaj platform. Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash directly without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• xbaj reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, system exploitation or any attempt to circumvent these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address, per email address and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

xbaj does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular bonus or promotion. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid or Pohela Boishakh are time-limited and subject to the specific terms published at the time they are offered. Players are responsible for reading all promotion-specific terms before opting into any bonus.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbaj platform. Any user found to be engaging in any prohibited activity will have their account suspended immediately and all funds held in the account may be forfeited without appeal:

• Opening or operating more than one xbaj account, whether under your own details or through the use of false information, third-party identities or any other means.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share bet information in live markets, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
• Using any software, script, bot, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool or automated system to interact with the xbaj platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal enterprise. xbaj is required by applicable law to report suspicious transactions and cooperate fully with relevant authorities.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, connectivity issue or payment processing anomaly for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

xbaj employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Detections may result in account suspension, the voiding of bets placed during the period under review, and referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is identified. xbaj's determination as to whether prohibited activity has occurred is final and binding.

xbaj is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a means of income generation or a way to resolve financial difficulties. xbaj makes the following tools available to all registered users to help them maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on their xbaj account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: xbaj sends in-session notifications reminding players of the duration of their current gaming session at regular intervals.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.

xbaj reserves the right to close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder is exhibiting signs of problem gambling, including but not limited to attempts to deposit immediately after a self-exclusion period ends, repeated requests to increase deposit limits, or communications indicating financial distress. All content on the xbaj platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of xbaj or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the xbaj platform is the exclusive property of xbaj. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xbaj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the platform or its contents; collect and use any product listings, descriptions or prices; make any derivative use of the platform or its contents; or download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party.

You may not systematically extract, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the xbaj platform without the express written permission of xbaj. Any unauthorised use of platform content terminates the limited licence granted to you and may expose you to civil or criminal liability. The xbaj brand, logo and name are trademarks of xbaj and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with xbaj, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages xbaj.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbaj, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the xbaj platform or any content or services provided through the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not xbaj has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

xbaj does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that the results obtained from use of the platform will be accurate or reliable, or that any errors in the platform will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xbaj makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, materials or products included on the platform, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law.

xbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 06.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by xbaj, or providing verification documents that are found to be fraudulent or altered.

Where an account is closed by xbaj due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within five business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or any breach thereof, shall first be submitted to xbaj's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. xbaj undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted, xbaj and the affected user agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause shall limit xbaj's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent any prohibited activity described in Section 06.

xbaj reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xbaj will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the xbaj platform after any change to these Terms is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the xbaj platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance regardless of whether you have read the revised Terms. xbaj recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records each time they are updated.
